At Jackalope 1630, we strive to provide excellent customer service to our fantastic customers. We hope you are extremely happy with your new items and you love them as much as we do! However, we do understand that not every item may fit, and returns are sometimes needed. Do not fret, we are happy to help any way we can.
Please make sure your return meets the following guidelines:
-All items returned must be received within 30 days of shipment date.
* Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure we receive your return
within the 30-day window.
-Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.
-Items returned will be for store credit only issued in the form of an electronic gift card sent to the email address provided when the order was placed.
-All items returned must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, make-up, deodorant, pet hair, and smoke free. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, altered, stained, smell of smoke, or have signs of animal hair will be refused. All tags must be attached.
-Any item purchased at a discounted price is considered final sale and will not be eligible for return.
-Please note that shipping is non-refundable.
-Please circle the items you wish to return on your original receipt, and include the original receipt in your return package. We appreciate a brief description of the reason for return. Please mail your package back to:
